Accommodation and Access needs
If the venue is more than 1.5 hours drive from my location I will need accommodation on the night before the training.
If the venue is more than 3 hours drive from my location I will need accommodation on the nights before and after training.
I am always grateful for reasonably comfortable accommodation but don’t expect the Ritz.
I must be able to park close to the hotel.
If the room is not on the ground floor I need a lift.
Prefer bath to shower if there’s a choice.
No artificial scents in room please.
Mental Health First Aid manuals are £13 each – these are bi-lingualy, high-quality printed manuals
Learner packs for other courses will be created bespoke per courses and can either be distributed digitally as pdf files or as printed manuals charged at cost.
Responsibilities of host organisation
Unless otherwise arranged, the host organisation is responsible for finding an appropriate and accessible venue, catering, and for providing details of any access requirements the trainees may have.
I will also need the host organisation to allocate somebody to help me set up the training room. I might not need much help, depending on the room. I will arrive at least 45min before programme start time.
